"When you're stuck sitting in a comfort zone, small problems become magnified. Get out of your comfort zone, touch the edge, and you come back with an appreciation for life."
- Barbara Warren
"Do you not know that in a race all the runners run, but only one gets the prize? Run in such a way as to get the prize."
- The Bible
The purpose of human life is to serve, and to show compassion and the will to help others.
It is better to err on the side of daring than the side of caution.
If you have never run a marathon and you would like to, look at some of those training guides in the running books that you can find at any running store. Follow the guide line and be disciplined. If you can’t do this regimentally, I find that I can get ready for a marathon by running approximately 1 to 1.5 hours a day, 5-6 days a week and then on longer run of about 20- 30 km. on the weekend. Then hold this for about 2- 3 months and you should be ready to endure and finish a marathon.
